This is very thorough plan, Erica! You have covered all the bases - forming a committee, visiting other districts, researching literature, and finally analyzing/synthesizing all the data so an effective mentoring program can be put in place. I really like how you have included new and experienced teachers in your proposed program. I am curious as to how you will go about acquiring committee members..good luck!!
ReplyDeleteYour plan is precisely planned. Perhaps to save time you can email teachers at other campuses to discuss mentoring and peer tutoring. This could save time and expense.
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of your mentoring program. We started last year on my team and we had great results. We plan on taking this school-wide this year and will hopefully have the same results.
